Last week while coming down a unknown to me young man sat next to me at Neil Good Center and began to dramatically present the pain of a junkie meth user. His performance was fake and similar to Angel Thurman in Phoenix: I recorded Angels action and it is on Youtube "sneaking out the window-paul goree". https://youtu.be/-O--G-fAnAA

Thus there does seem to be a sub-cultural meth collective-which seeks to annoy users into guilt and cease usage. Their method is unethical as they violate users civil rights without correct enforcement.  In Phoenix Margret Finn heads a project which is for extreme out of control user of meth, at South West Behavioral Service  (per Johnny Garcia) place users (some SMI ) in altered environments and quasi collectives with mal intent of usage.  Also Community Bridges has a substance abuse program that hires prior users of method etc. Offering them quasi case manager positions as navigators. One such navigator was assigned to me Dec 2014-May 2015. She was fired May 1015 and was a mal factor to me seeming she violated several codes of case management and was associated with Margret Finn (conflict of interest) seeming I have posted blogs of Mrs. Finn and her neglect and civil liberties violations from 11/2012-7/2013 when she and J. Garcia were my case managers navigator from SWBS.

    Factors that might be important to civic order. Is that within the sub-cultural collective. Individuals
    alter the meaning and purpose of general civic order. There are themes that are created to harass
    individuals. Themes that aim to project an image upon a person psyche. Such as the PEDOPHIIA    (making a person think they are a pedophile), ENFORCEMENT (making a person think they are a police officer or FBI agent and that the general civic population hates them), DEAD ( making a person think they have die, and are living as a demon by which they will be killed by a cult. Making a person think they are dead, and that they are not human, they are an alien.) INTELLIGENCE (making a person think they are stupid, dumb, retarded etc.).

All of these types of psyche harassing are done to alter a person metal state of mind. Making the weak and easy victims of re-conditioning. The conditioning is done in a cult manner with intent to create a variable, by which later usage of meth will induce cognitive deterioration of reality based upon the minds long term memory  and validation of prior cognate thoughts. Meth use has audio hallucination factors from sleep deprivation and other factors. But when the re-conditioned variables are included, the person audio hallucinations take on a much story like theme.

One might also consider research I did for Eastern Michigan University (2011) regarding disclosure as a contributing factor of quasi passive hate subcultural collective. This research also questions crimes intentions by which persons with AIDS intentionally set up others by introducing them to person who were not infected or having enter-course with persons not infected. This research sought to review each states disclosure laws, by which individuals did take equal responsibility.
