America's Quasi Safety Patrol: End of Civil Liberties for Citizens

Consider the article that was written in Atlantic Magazine November 2016 issue-"Safe But Scary Future." There are many new question that need to be attended to by this nation, seeming our future has already begun. Does this country need a unauthorized (unauthorized by the people) disrespectful, citizen patrol that's purpose would be to secure our liberties?  Would it be wise to allow, a quasi group of Americans, to be the judgment of our civic living and to have them determine, pre-judicial circumstances: by which they forward to the police (the real civic patrol) department?

Suppose such a group had alternative motives: Suppose a group could SLAP A PERSON ON THE ASS. Suppose a group could ENTRAP a person, just to cause a distraction to apprehend another citizen. Suppose a person could mentally harasses a person with stress that would be invisible. Maybe these quasi patrol would  inter-weave themselves within the civic societal environment, and utilize a  NEW TYPE OF SURVEILLANCE - In the environment observations.

How would we be sure that these new quasi patrol would have our best interest at hand? How would they determine if a citizen is or is not capable of handling the circumstances by which they placed themselves? WAIT...what about civil liberties, does that not matter any more? What if they inducted citizens that did not desire to be involved with them? And what about the level of security they would be granted? How could we be sure that our society is safer or scarier? I would not trust such a group?  They would be like invisible thieves in the night, by which our security would be based on their stratergized agenda. Whose stratergized agenda, is the Pentagon aware of these quasi groups? What if these quasi patrol groups fragmented among themselves, becoming a possible cause of national security-NEW CIVIL WAR!

If I have been avoiding the act of being inducted into such a group since 1999. Then it has come evident to me, that such a secret society exist. They do have access to such hi-tech surveillance equipment such as V2K devices! Who they report to and what their purpose is-remains unknown. Why they have not killed me, remains unknown. But to continue their existence in the dark and be the quasi hero-cowards they are, is not what this county needs. Their LOUD and DISRESPECTFUL use of the 1st Amendment, minimizes our security, each time they attempt to protect their identities to those of us, who have been affected by their presence. One would think that they would remain as far as possible from those of us who are not and will not surrender our liberty to them. So if and when this nation begins to fragment. We can look to these coward quasi hero as the source!
