San Francisco CALIGUIA'S party!!!!

People in San Francisco like to follow others. So as I was walking to a friends place, on the way to another place. I turned around and there was the STALKER who is part of the sub-cultural collective, pretending to be homeless. Maybe they are confused and displaced in such a way, that comfort is found in the collective that they associate with. Maybe they are easily mislead about the actions of others by which they become a MOLE of sorts. What are you doing making enforcement learning video for team work empowerment?  What were you instructed to do? Are you looking for data about a sex party sting? Well let me inform you, that people can have sex with consent and you followed me to something that was as normal as normal gets-considering INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM AND LIBERTY!!! Thus were you trying to set me up???? Once again who is your LEADER/Captain???

A SWASHBUCKLERING EVENT!!!


They are a collective and must know that other collectives exist. If I was sleeping in the Civic Center and over heard another collective talking about stalking in hotels.

So what would they want. And who's to say that this is not being done in other facilities. If you zoom someone then-you should know you are being zoom too. So this person who followed me and I ended up at a CALIGUIA Swashbucklering event. Then they should known,  that they are now being self-dopped by themselves, for following someone that they were told to follow. WHO IS YOUR LEADER??? And thus you need to confess you intent, or join in the festivities of the SWASHBUCKLING events. If not then you are a quack, like the rest of the sub-cultural collective you associate with. As you hide in the under stems of society: being used as set -up mark for enforcement, do you question your purpose. YOU ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WATCH OVER THE CITY! At who's request? It is not from the citizens through regular petitions and ballot initiative.

I have been trying to distance myself from some sub-cultural collective, that started in Las Vegas-1999. They were a R.O.P.E. collective,  who did similar work within the community. I am not and will never be interested in associating with such collectives.
