I wrote this essay, following all of his rules and posted on the ASU Blackboard, which is where student post their homework and assigned essays. The next week at ASU, if one student informed the instructor that she could not post her assignment early. The instructor informed us, that the Black Board has been locked down. Someone posted something on it and now for the rest of the semester, the Social Welfare Department will be doing things manually. But that's o.k. seeming that class is the APA Writing assignment requirement, thus we get a benefit by doing the APA paper manually-like they use to do in the past.).

Daniel Fels caught my attention, when I read in Scientific American’s June 2009 issue. What was so interesting was his research on the communication that occurs between cells PARAMECIUM CAUDATUM. Placed individual test tubes, the cells were able to exchange some energy by which they altered the “feeding behavior and growth.” This is interesting because it suggest that behavior can be influenced by factors other than sensory stimuli. When I first read this, I immediately thought of Carl Jung and sub-conscious mind. Jung sub-conscious mind was a parasympathetic system by which some body functions are automate, and others are related to memory, intuition and mystic occurrences.

The conscious mind is a cognitive system, by which stimuli is received through the sensory receptors. These stimuli with cognition determine our ability to identify the environment we live in, thus constructing our social reality (Berkeley University 2010). How we perceive the world by which we live in, is determined by our ability to full inter-grate societal behavior. This cognitive system is fueled by potential action, creating a synaptic response. A synaptic response is instruction from the brain and nervous system on how to maneuver. Action potential is the accumulated energy needed to start a connection, resulting in movement (Gorman JM, Kent JM, Sullivan GM, Coplan JD,2000). Thus behavior is a result of individual and collective perception.

The sub-conscious mind operates on similar but different foundation. The sub-conscious mind is in continuous operation. Whereas the conscious mind has sleep to refresh and rest. The conscious mind is 24/7 (Soren R. Ekstrom, Watertown, MA 2000). The sub-conscious mind is the source of intution. Such things as hunches, deja vu, GUMPTIONS are a factor of a process which may not be fully cognitive (Gorman JM, Kent JM, Sullivan GM, Coplan JD,2000). Jung believed that the sub-conscious mind in its defense, against the cognitive actions of the conscious mind, creates a entity, he termed “SHADOW” (Soren R. Ekstrom,Watertown, MA 2000). I believe that Jungs “Shadow” is similar in communicating, like Daniel Fels, electro-magnetic energy. “Returning to the research which was the basis for his earlier book, The Emotional Brain (1998), LeDoux describes how emotional states monopolize brain… The brain has a number of emotional systems—detecting and defending against threat…” (Gorman JM, Kent JM, Sullivan GM, Coplan JD,2000).

For Jung, that “monopolized emotional state, defending against threat”, is the “Shadow”. The “Shadow” protects the sub-conscious mind, yet is not a fully cognitive, thus able to stream stimuli without the social constructed reality filter: otherwise termed “norm” in behavior. Have you ever had a hunch that the telephone was going to ring, and at the same time recall a sudden thought of your mother. Well that hunch is the sub-conscious mind at work (Gorman JM, Kent JM, Sullivan GM, Coplan JD,2000). Considering Jungs “Shadow”, Fels “Electro-magnetic communication, I think that this “energy” source is a means of communicating that exist without cognitive processing. This energy is fluid in nature in that it is not block, and thus can spark intution and mystical thoughts, which if processed by the cognitive mind, would be denied as possible or not confirmed consciousness. I am think about individual operating in the sub-conscious mind thus influence behavior, through a similar mechanism founded by Fels.

When I am in a good mood, simply by standing by another individual I can transfer that energy. That energy is a frequency (Doc Childre ). That frequency is able to operate outside the realm of the brain. I look to Dr. Hank Wesselman, who explains the journey of a Shaman, by which the “spirit” takes Shamanistic journey into the non-conscious reality (Wesselman, 2000). The energy by which the a shaman harvest is similar in action of Fels electro-magnetic energy. Wesselman suggests that the shaman spirit, while in the non-conscious reality is able to receive resourceful energy by which when returned to the conscious reality, is able to assist in healing, empowering and altering states of minds of individuals. This energy is also capable of forserting energy of loved ones that may have passed on.

Sandra Engleman who worked with Wessleman, stated She points to the Azuni tribes of new Mexico that vanished suddenly all at once (rapture). She believes that they didn’t vanish, they evolved to a higher state of existence and presently still live where they did in the past, just in a different dimension than we do, so we are unable to feel them, but their energy can be felt alive. She this is what will happen to us: some of us will evolve out of out physical existence into a new dimension..” (2012).

With this I believe that we are able to utilize our sub-conscious mind in a more influential matter. By which social ills can be resolved. It is stated by many, that you get the life that you perceive. Your perception is energy, resulting into behavior. If you think happy, you will be happy. If you think sad, you will be sad. This is also found in the work of Dr. Albert Ellis. Ellis, determined that some psychosis are self created. (Ellis). I think that if some self created psychosis individuals are able to influence other, in a peer-pressure manner.

That negative behavior is the SHADOW in action. The shadow unable to deal with the conscious cognitive processing, reaches out into the reality affecting those near. Just like the cells of Fels individual test tubes. Another factor to consider is Dr. Weilheim Reich. Reich was the creator of “orgone” energy, which was able to fully remove negative energy from the environment, thus healing various elements of an illness or mental state of mind.(Reich, 1932). Reich developed the “Orgone Box” where he placed individual to remove the negative energy. It is believe that this energy is able to influence others by changing the energy level within the environment. Acting similar to Fels electro-magnetic energy.
 
I believe and am interested in exploring the possible benefits of energy communication,by mean so electro-magnetic energy and sub-conscious energy, within the social service field. Developing means by which negative factors of social development can be altered resulting in empowered individuals, who exchange energy, instead of WORDS to communicate. Wayne Dyer states that, ‘every time you see someone do an act of kindness, your seratonin level increase and so does that person, also those who witness it.” That is electro-magnetic energy exchange influence, as detailed by Fels.). Other theorist that suggest this energy exchange is Dr. Emoto, Joe Rogan, Sandra Eckelman, Rollin McCarthy, Carl Jung (sychronicity).

...and today I laugh with myself, and I did yesterday, not concern about the outside material worth of the living experience. More concerned and internally/externally focused on the Chiespirt---the worth of the "living thing..." God provided all of us in Genesis 2:7.  Thus I walk about in some old, torn, rugged, shoes: as with all things regarding "intention of others" I care less about where they came from. They served their purpose and they still serve their purpose, as to cover my feet from the "Danger of Nature Forces". Thus I were these old, rugged shoes as I have been homeless since 2010 (on and off- regardless of working, which only lead to a case with the Labor Commissioner regarding my employer. Regardless of continued status as an higher educational institution, the last one: ASU Phoenix, AZ 2013 (suspended by me, until I receive closure from Margaret Finn at S.W.B.S http://paulgoree.blogspot.com/2017/12/2017-time-is-slipping-away-margaret.html )  

Regardless of how silly, stupid, non-appropriate- I can not see myself continuing on in the Social Service Sociology field knowing that a case manager like Margaret Finn is out there and her clients (not me- I was a quasi client, through HUD) SSD/Behavioral clients are being lied to, as she lied to me. I think suspending my life career intent is WORTH it! At least, one person stood by their ground and principles of social empowerment! There will always be other lives, by which God hopefully will bless me again!!!

2017 Time Is Slipping Away : Margaret Finn Compliant

This is a 4 year, in progress review of incidences that occurred between Margaret Finn at South West Behavioral Service and I.  The question of neglect still lingers regarding Margaret Finn. It has become my life purpose to let time be the determinate in the decision, by which Mrs. Finn was negligent and failed to realize her actions set a very dangerous precedence by which I and other clients under her management: could be judged upon the negligence of her failed actions. As a professional she is required to up hold all of the codes of ethics that protect an individual citizen and thus provides a secure environment within the society. Her role as a case manager is pivotal to strength based societal interaction. Seeming Mrs. Finn works within the Behavioral Treatment field, it is even more pivotal that she upholds the highest standards of decent human behavior. To lie, deceive, misinform or to lead a client into false representation would be detrimental to the entire society. The are incidences which occurred while I was under Mrs. Finn client, as she was employed at South West Behavioral Service. It must be pointed out, that at no time was I a direct client of South West Behavior Services. I was a quasi client, receiving housing through a HUD categorical grant.

...May 2013- Mrs. Finn failed to acknowledge the private property rights of Mr. Goree. All Americans have the right to the TOTAL ownership of their private property and purchases. It is irrelevant if the private property is .10 cent lollipop or $80,000.00 car. If we allow these minute variances become non-acknowledge, then we contribute to our nations decline. My paid invoice from COX Communication guarantee ownership, by which I am the only person who can delegate usage, sale, or transfers: Not Mrs. Finn...

  

Case Manager's Violating Civil Liberties.

Regarding the 5th Amendment and the rights of private property. How can Margaret Finn and Johnny Juan Garcia validate their actions as reputable case managers, seeming they both have violated a client’s (a U.S. citizens) civil liberties.  This question is important; we can not have case managers violating the Federal Civil Liberties granted to us through the Bill of Rights and Constitutions.  These action cause more stress upon an individual and prevent an individual from pursuing life and happiness..I established a Cox Communication account September 2012. This account was exclusively for Wi-Fi use....

 

PERSON – ENVIRONMENT and CASE WORKER NEGLECT

 Some never realize or maybe simple refuse to recognize the emotional damage they have placed upon another person, with their unethical neglect. And so the victim continue to vent. Meanwhile Margaret Finn, continues to not do the human/professional case manager requirement and provide some closure of the events as they occurred. Professional case workers are ethical required to attend to the code of ethics of their profession. When this is not done, and life changing events occur (including duress) they have failed their client, organization, community, and themselves as being one to encourage, empower and assist.

November 2012, Margaret Finn’s clients Paul Goree and Angel Thurman had an incident with the Phoenix Police Department. Client Angel Thurman called 911, and made a complaint against client Paul Goree. The complaint expressed notions that Paul Goree had threaten Angel Thurman with several knives. The 911 dispatched 5 Phoenix Police units to 4802 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015. The police officer after securing the apartment and gathering the report, concluded by providing a CIVIC 101 Lesson of appropriate usage of 911 services to Angel Thurman. The officer then requested the name and phone number of the case manager: Johnny Garcia/Margaret Finn South West Behavioral Services. Finally the officer informed me as he wrote upon his report, that he would be requesting a SEPARATION INTERVENTION, seeming he had concluded that Thurman and Goree’s living arrangement was not going to be practical: and would only result in repeat incidences.

I really don't know what to think of a social collective that seems idle and selective. There are many reasons why this could occur, foremost incomplete data. They are not fully informed therefore the decisions they make can only be at best based on the limited data that is accurate. As the decisions I make are based on what has occurred. These events seem to go as far back as 1999. My arrival in Las Vegas, NV.

In 2011 I decided to find the closure I needed from Las Vegas and put all of my effort into succeeding in Phoenix at ASU. Up till 2013 all was going well at ASU. But with the arrival of a new roommate placed by Johnny Garcia and Margaret Finn (seeming J.Garcia had only been hired months before 1/2012). It was with this placement,, the secure environment became hostile. Like now i found it hard to believe some instrumental civic departments /non-profit (such as Phoenix Police Department and other Behavioral Services like TERROS) attention for intervention or surrender of housing contract go unattended. http://paulgoree.blogspot.com/2015/08/margret-finn-of-south-west-behavioral.html

The cost of such neglect is one by which as I struggle to not accept failure of a complete system : is one that continues to date. Arriving in Los Angeles resulted in me ending up in court for a torn page out of a library book. http://paulgoree.blogspot.com/2016/10/regarding-issue-with-los-angeles-city.html. THIS costed the city of L.A. over $10k by which the charges were dropped. The problem was I and the L.A. public defenders office wanted a trail by jury. Yet the state opted to drop the case.

This incident along with odd events in San Diego, made me try even hard not to accept the impossible conclusion that I was being targeted. In San Diego after much employment deliberations I finally found a job and enrolled at SD City College to earn a legal certificate and live a happy life forward. That was interrupted my first day of work when another client doing his job duty, mistakenly packed all of my clothing with the bunk mate I shared space with at St.Vincent De Paul San Diego.

Instead of thinking these incidences are plotted. I thought it better to fille grievances and post these incidences on the internet.  Yet even the internet seems to be blocked. To think I am not being taken seriously or that my complaints are an excuse or trivial doesn't exempt the real cost of these events. By which tax payers end up paying.  For example in December 2017 I will have an eye surgery to correct damage done to my eye in a disrupt over someone else's property. The point that the police and I think should matter is irrelevant seeming I refuse to cooperate. Cooperate is not the correct term. Seeming if I said a quasi homeland security street R.O.P.E team was the related cause. Such statements would go unattended like everything else.  I suppose then silly talk in San Francisco which just perturbed me should be as irrelevant. But having someone tell me jokingly or not that I need to sign release paper for the craziness I am causing which will end up costing the lives of several San Francisco police along the side of road, is ridiculous and only proves attempts to add to stir crazy intent. For the same person to wish death on me is what I term his 1sr Amendments Right and I wish the same upon him and all of his affiliates. Hate breeds hate. These unattended occurrence remind me of the assassination of N.Koreas leader Kim Jong Un by misled citizens recruited to a play a game. http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/17/asia/kim-jong-nam-murder-suspect-gag-show/index.html How are we to be preventive when serious occurrences are being unattended to or taken lightly as if they are trivial. If things were so trivial  I  would think excessive cost and unprecedented court procedures would cause many citizens to question my actions and the actions of professionals as to why nothing being done. Did a citizen base sub cultural collective really have to create a legal incident with the Los Angeles library for nothing to result in the end. Nothing but tax payers dollars being wasted. If I stated repeatedly in post regarding Margaret Finn, Johnny Garcia and South West Behavioral Services: that since I was interrupted/catapulted while at ASU Phoenix, AZ. I would place my life and effort towards a self REVOLT with no intentions to succeed. To be followed by a RETREAT when all accessible services ended. Then such desires should be welcomed. Over 30 years of substance use has not resulted in any judgement from the civic and all mental and behavioral assessments have proven no diagnosed issues. I am not eligible for SSD and thus we can assume substance use (which at this point I use to continue the craziness of nothing--as if the say "the show must go on!" Never considering a sub cultural collective would agree and see to at all cost.

Since I was in the Social Welfare school and continuously been study Social Welfare or Sociology throughout the nation since 1992. And was employed through contract assignments in the social service field. There is much to be learned from my temporary social service needs. My continued attempt to find security in California has only lead to an unsuccessful paper trail, which if ever reviewed by a task team could provide some insight into economic security of the state. As to what worked and didn't work for me. My simple suggestion of closure seems idiotic. But to attempt reintegration back into society seems impossible to me. I can not drift forward with some many unanswered questions. 

Death could be the only other solution, but I'd prefer to RETREAT. Reaching out to the San Francisco community by writing on the walls of buildings that adjacent the freeway seems useless. Handing out little notes that stated..."Ask Margaret Finn to Give Paul Goree Closure-Chiepirit/ De Mon Faire --Google Paul Goree" seemed useless or take as an advertisement attempt to produce hit. When it is an attempt to get the Internet social network connection community involved with what I think are some strange events which others might relate to. Isn't that what community forums are for?

This REVOLT and RETREAT is my doing based on the stress derived from Margaret Finn who lied and deceived me the entire I was a quasi housing client through HUD. At times Her suggestion s for me to consider SWBS homeless outreach programs as my field assignment for ASU. Where not needed or appreciated seeming I had an academic advisor to guide me with such decisions. Her lies also suggested I provide counseling/advisement to my roommate. Which is against NASW ethical policy for future students of social workers. Seeming she knew my status at ASU - I find it hard not to believe this was not  intentional. Then to constantly be, belittled with her references to me sleeping in the fetal position as a joke of sorts is wrong.

The importance of the Case Manager Neglect posts, are to bring attention to the public civic citizen that we are the PEOPLE, for the PEOPLE and at all times should not have to be put up against unethical professionals who may have hidden agendas. It was to insure that freedom of expression is always considered vital and not disregarded as trivial. What would be the point of individualism and the freedom of expression - If people were mislead to ignore someone else expression, thoughts or experiences. We'd become  idle nation with no need to respect anyone's right to communicate. To Whom It May Concern;

The following inserts, represent 3 months of attempts to file a grievance against South West Behavioral Health case workers Johnny Garica and Margret Finn. The letter detail events that occurred in Phoenix Arizona regarding HOWPA housing. Please attend to this matter, seeming I was/am a social welfare student and find it very difficult to continue under ASU and NASW code of ethics, when two professional case workers at South West Behavioral Health have neglected and violated the professional ethics when dealing with myself and two other clients.

Also client confidentiality and unethical quasi employment intent (where I as a social welfare student, was held responsible for the actions of two roommates and requested to report to Johnny Garcia, but not to consider my actions as employment! These actions of both Finn and Garica are in violation of National Association of Social Workers)

The State of California refuse to drop charges. Public defender and I want a trial by jury. State's last offer, KEEP PERSON ON PAPER BUT OFF PAPER...thus giving the state the right to follow a person but not document any of the incidences they observe or indirect related social interactions I have with other citizens.

THE JUDGE express discomfort with the states decision. Judge call both legal, at the bench: then expresses to court room, his discomfort. ' If he allows the states decision/offer to stand, then it would only be a matter of 11 months before I have a simple violation, such as a jaywalking, by which the state will have to prove current charges on file: by which they chose to keep all the data off paper.  The judge order recess and instruct the STATE to reconsider what they are offering. State does not remove final offer. Public Defender and I continue to not accept. 

Finally next trail, State drops charges.  

So I want to take the state of California to court. I believe that they state (regardless of the judges decision before the dismiss) put me on OFF PAPER PROBATION any way. And thus needs to prove that they didn't. I believe the state has done this to other citizens and that it has lead to convictions. Thus I still have 3 months with the state of California before the statues expires. I will contact the state board and proceed to sue the state. 

MY CALIFORNIA REFLECTIONS IN OTHER STATES PUTTING CALIFORNIA LIBEL FOR MISREPRESENTATION OF IDENTIFYING DOCUMENTATION:

1988:           A re-issued passport has wrong name on passport for me. Also I had to go passport office in Los Angeles to get a Visa to travel to France due to terrorist attacks against Americans in France. Passport office did not catch wrong name and issue Visa in wrong name.

1994-1996 : State of New Mexico, refuses to accept all documentation from California, regarding me. Due to Wrong name of Drivers License. The State of New Mexico notify authorities (Social  Security and State authorities.) State of New Mexico issues me new New Mexico Drivers License with correct name from Birth Certificate. New Mexico comments, they are not concerned with what California has done, or any state that followed California's lead regarding using school records for identification.

2001:       I travel to Paris, France 2nd time. Passport is stolen. Embassy refuses to issue temporary passport, and re-entry into the United States. Until identity is verified. Embassy upset that I have traveled to Europe two times, obtained Visa on one visit and not once was my passport name verified. The passport is voided and hot listed as forgery of United State of America Property. 

2011:    Upon acceptance at Arizona State University. Issue arises about verification of identity. ASU declined to accept college transcripts as identifying documentation, due to errors on transcripts that do not comply with ASU/State of Arizona. ASU request high school transcripts for identification purposes. Transcripts arrive from California. Once again ASU identifies errors on California, Orange County, Santa Ana School District graduation/high school transcripts. Thus transcripts are not valid. Because California's procedure was not consistent with the rest of the nation when it come to final HSD/HST transcripts.

2015:     I return to California, leaving San Diego, to Los Angeles. Library incident occurs. At first I am disappointed that a civic employee was able and is able to minimize the Police departments civic authority. Hence when a major emergency ever occurs (TERRORIST) the librarian has proven how to minimize the police department to mere transport only. 

 At this point, as always since my return to California: I am travelling county to county to Sacramento, CA, then on to Eureka and Lake Klamath. It is my intent to discover, if the state is truly LIBEL and how many other California residents have been indirectly affected by the mis-management of sensitive identifying documentation from the State of California in relationship to other states and Federal departments.
