Sandra Ingerman worked/studied under Dr. Hank Wesselman. she studied the Zuni Indian 1/2 population vanished couldn't communicate with the remaining portion of the tribe. Similarly, Christian Dispensationalism  works detail 'the rapture' by which some humans are 'taken' up and separated from the remaining earth population. This concept of an ascending rapture is not expressed in the bible at all. Yet the separation of ascending is a factor related to the second coming of Jesus, whereby the dead ascend from the living (1 Corinthians 4:5 ).

I've seen the interim realm. I consciously saw the interim realm 1st in New Mexico outside Albuquerque in a native American ruins. Thus my interest in Balboa Canyon San Diego, CA is because of that nature variable and the spirit enlightenment felt from the presences of life and death at all times. The reality of a meth being a transistor factor of humans is possible. The user is,hypnotized. All of this is like the movie Whirlpool (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0042039/) where the hypnotic state of mind is developed by attending to the fake scripted dialogue. I will detailed 5 instances where I was in a hypnotic transited state of mind in Phoenix and Las Vegas. But I resisted by trying my hardest to remain conscious and dock in memory as much as I could of the event. This event is explained later and it was Stephen Prices attempt to use hypnotic trance induced meth to control a persons actions. Stephen Price wanted to me to drop my life in Phoenix (ASU and MSW/JD program) and work with him on a movie script. Even to the point of moving to Hollywood. He explained his movie script idea which I had heard that script before in Las Vegas. A mad man gets some drag queens high on method and slowly with hypothesis/transistor them to rob a bank.

Stephen Price proceeded with his hypnotic trance attempt. I refuse to hear Stephen Prices silly lies (about a movie script ideal: hypnotic trance of meth users to do crimes for him--Like the movie WhirlPool), during the process it was as if I slowly passed out. I was high on meth 3 days it was Jan 2013. I felt myself lying on my bed. I consciously thought I was in a Delta sleep paralyzed. Napolean Hill termed it 'The Nightmare' but it's natural body antistatic.   I have always had them and I didn't fight it off because I heard Stephen Prices voices as if he was lecturing how the zombie transistor meth  mechanism works. At the same time I could hear No Mass ( name I titled audio dialogue to humanize it mentally) 'No Mass' wanted me to follow their direction and to be like Angel (roommate) and join sub cult collective.

As if Angel worked with Margret Finn  behind manipulated meth  behavior modification. This is why quasi case management does not work. It provides opportunity for unlicensed  persons to have contact with citizens. The state board is liable for all citizens and thus these quasi staff work as navigators in the behavioral service industry. Example one navigator (Sally ?)  that I had 1/2015-3/2015 worked for Community Bridges Phoenix, AZ and she was fired for unauthorized behavior. She once went to my apartment manager, obtained the keys to my apartment and used the keys to check to see if I was in my apartment hiding. This is illegal. Just because her agency did the administration of the non-profit funds (HOME INC.) she thought that she could violate my civil rights. 

I argued in internal thought with' No Mass' it was as if they couldn't read my thoughts. They wanted me to follow Stephen Prices as they translated for me.


Hence WHIRL POOL which I saw for 1st time in Phoenix, AZ along with several suggestive movies most classic Hollywood. Ex. FBI case 8080, and Lee Van Cleef's movie GOD's GUN. These movies helped me expand my mind as to the reality  of possible human manipulation and the blurry existences  of V2K mind control. I know alot of great invisible force and people are looking out for my best interest and all others n in an utilitarian way as I attempt and always think regardless of my actions my intent is honorable and heart GOLDENLY  BLESSED!

They will succeeded. That I will succeed. I found this out in a 2002 chat room whereby many wanted me to feel less than and my intent to be unwanted by the public. They were the opposition, and stated facts of those through out history who were MURDER for being like me in thought. I let them know  how proud Dr.Martin Luther King Jr must have been,  to die knowing Americans future would be won. So death is worth the fight!!! (To be continued)

So the sub cultural collective Meth team, intimidates citizens for behavioral correction. WHAT A SHAME On USA.....(yes 18 years of the Sub-Cult Substance Behavioral Control Collective. And they still having done anything but intimidate and harass. Point in case (as part of R.E.D.U - Redo You- Reverse, Educate, Drugs and You! report 1992-present), SAN DIEGO testimonial (name to be revealed later) :: wanted to know if I had heard of stories in the previous states I lived in about WHITE and BLACK cars. The white cars had senior citizens in them with what seemed to be a grandchild. I used my screening mechanism to identify his state of mind regarding his life (16-present 45 years old) substance use with meth. He was in good conscious state. 

He also represent a STATE DEPENDENT individual, state financial paying for him since 10th grade high school (San Diego High School- with real 21 Jump Street Enforcement late 80's) through juvenile justice and then on to the prison system for two terms (possession, distribution, etc). These STATE DEPENDENT persons (permission provided Sociology Ethic requirement) also exist in Phoenix, AZ (4) and Las Vegas, NV (2). These person represent the total inefficiency of tax payers dollars with no effect results. As done by Goldman Sach regarding felonies. These STATE DEPENDENTS are still using same substance, they have self determined they own usage dosages, they are not involved with distribution and the STATE has already spent over $300,000.00 on each of them and still they are DEPENDENT on the state, due to felony blockage and ineffective treatment.

He believes the white cars seem to know when he is high on meth and are attempting to create a more complicated psychosis within him. They follow him around. They park in their cars and just observe him.

I informed him that in other states, (AZ,NV, MO) yes, I had heard of the cars. But San Diego is the first time I heard of senior citizens driving the cars with grandchildren. I did some strength based development with him. WHAT IS IT THAT BOTHERS HIM ABOUT THEM? WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO HIM? HAVE THEY PHYSICALLY ATTACKED YOU? VERBALLY EXPRESSED ANYTHING? HAVE THEY CALL/INFORMED THE ENFORCEMENT OF YOU?

NO was the answer to all of these questions. Thus then he can realize, Yes they only irritate him and thus they really are no danger and are just wasting his time, trying to disrupt his high and cause/increase paranoia. 

I informed him-EXACTLY, thus they are just as ineffective. So you can increase you own mind set of your usage and regulate it. As long as you (as he was) are attempting to be progressive in the society (employment, independent living and moving forward, NO DISTRIBUTION or COOKING). Which he was removed from.

He to old to continue to keep him STATE DEPENDENT and recovery is NOT going to HAPPEN!

STATE Possible VIOLATION of JUDGES DISCOMFORT WITH 1 YEAR OFF PAPER PROBATION_ DISMISS LOS ANGELES CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY DISCRIMINATION CASE.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 
I enter the Los Angeles downtown library. I am thumbing through one of the books, with no interest in any of them.  I accidently tear one of the pages out of the book. A Librarian (Civil Employee-by the state taxes from the people of the state) hears a page torn and confronts me. The librarian make assumptions. I do not respond. She informs security to come and instructs the dispatcher who she wants to come. She also lets the security know, that she wants the police called and that she is making a "citizen" complaint. She is on the clock of the citizens. The library already has an internal security department. She radios dispatch and informs them I am moving into the lobby. Once in the lobby I kick back and wait for security. She wants him to take me to the security office, and when the police arrive, make sure he tells them-
"SHE IS PRESSING CHARGES". She is a civil employee on the clock. Such actions remove the authority of the police (now the police can only apprehend and transporting), it removes the authority from the internal security guards (all paid for by taxes payers) and I am a citizen (resident) of the state. First the state wants 1 year probation. Not happening as far as I am concern. I want a jury trial. Next hearing the state wants 1 year off paper probation. 

The judge is not happy with the state’s decision. We recess, when the public defender returns from the recess, she informs me that while she were in talks with the librarian, She explains that maybe she made a misjudgment and that I at first seemed like A HOMELESS MENTAL PERSON.   I am a tax paying citizen (San Diego County) and I feel offended, that a civil employee can't seems to understand--She should consider, that we the citizens are the client, the customer, the people: like her, we have our civil liberties and she is on the clock. Her personal opinions should be constrained or she should not go into civic work.

CURRENT:
Statue of Limitations are nearing. I have contacted several lawyers in Los Angeles city. All point out the importance of not letting these statues expire. Yet they can not take this case on. Suggestion is to contact the state board and get a list of person who can represent me with this case. The case is not for monetary damages of any civil reward. The case is to point out civic duty and change of civic policy. Customer service or should I state, CIVIC EMPLOYEE CITIZEN DEVELOPMENT (discrimination of citizens. She might as well expressed: "I DON'T WANT NIGGERS LIKE YOU FUCKING UP CITY PROPERTY!!!!". Also to look into matters of civic duty and their citizen life. Two separate factors. When on the clock, the civic employee is not a citizen, they are a civic employee! Thus their obligation is to the civic order and the citizens. When they are off the clock, then they resume their roles as CITIZENS.

So I want to take the state to court. I believe that they state (regardless of the judges decision before the dismiss) put me on OFF PAPER PROBATION any way. And thus needs to prove that they didn't. I believe the state has done this to other citizens and that it has lead to convictions. Thus I still have 3 months with the state of California before the statues expires. I will contact the state board and proceed to sue the state.

I am pulling all my thoughts together, whereby a "Spiritual Theoretical" framework of Chiespirit, can be established. The establishment is to manifest thought into reality.   Once again Chiespirit is the ability of one, to  "consciously go through life, with an acknowledgement of all living things as being created from one source. And to do this with spirit."  Napoleon Hill's great work provides insight into how one can transmute energy into another form, then transcend the limitations of our imagination.  Hill states there are two forms of imagination. (chapter 6, page 92)

1.) SYNTHETIC IMAGINATION: Through this faculty, one may arrange old concepts, ideas, or plans into new combinations. This faculty creates nothing. It merely works with the material of experience, education, and observation with which it is fed. (* through the 5 sensory receptors).

2.) CREATIVE IMAGINATION: Through the faculty of creative imagination, the finite mind of man has direct communication with Infinite Intelligence. It is the faculty through which "hunches" and "inspirations" are received. It is by this faculty that all basic, or new ideas are handed over to man.

It is through this faculty that thought vibrations from the minds of other are received. It is through this faculty that one individual may "tune in," or communicate with the subconscious minds of other men.

CHAPTER 11  The Mystery of Sex Transmutation::

The human mind responds to stimuli, through which it may be "keyed up" to high rates of vibration, known as enthusiasm, creative imagination, intense desires, etc. The stimuli to which the mind responds most freely are:-

Undocumented Employed Joke: Representation for Taxation

THE UNDOCUMENTED EMPLOYED JOKE…Which is no joke at all!

I was in Los Angeles, California, talking to some individuals that I knew. One of them let me know that he was undocumented. The question came up about tax season. Jokingly those of us employed dreaded the entire ordeal of tax session. Then the undocumented individual stated…”I want to pay taxes!” His friend laughed informing him – he could not pay taxes because he is undocumented and he has no social security card or employment id/green card: to spite the fact he works under the table.

That did not stop the individual from continuing his thought…He wants to pay taxes. He worked in the United States, although he is not a citizen, he would like to become a citizen and he believe that by paying taxes on the money he earned, he can get some REPRESENTATION for TAXATION.

I LOVE LOS ANGELES: MACRO 10 2020-2030

A Macro 10, is a theoretical term that details the logistics of a geographical location. The logistical data that is valuable not only to consumers, but also political strategy projections, CRIME Index Reporting, Societal Development (urban/rural/and infrastructure), Poverty, and local/State business growth. The logistical data collected, creates a macro societal trend index: which provides logistical insight into future trends in social settings. In the United States, the Macro 10 city provides insight into the next 10 years (decade) by which the nation will experience similar growth.

PRIOR MACRO 10 CITIES in the United States:

1990-1999  SEATTLE, WA

2000-2009  LAS VEGAS, NV

2010-2019  PHOENIX, AZ

2020-2030   LOS ANGELES, CA (Second time as a Mac 10 city. First time 1970-1979)

For Los Angeles, the future is going to be real bright (GOLDEN) as detailed in a G.Q. article Jan 2016, Los Angeles has come to some incredible ethnic fusion, that is producing an original energy that is amazing.  Just as Seattle, WA had a global influence from 1990-1999, Los Angeles can look towards the same growth.

FUTURE PROJECTIONS FOR LOS ANGLES 2020-2030

1) Los Angeles host the Superbowl and the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles will be the first team to host the super bowl and win the super bowl.
