Rituals are specific courses of actions, done by social collectives. The rituals extend from the root of the society and represent the terms of the constructed reality as lived. The principles, moral, beliefs, virtues and expectations placed upon each individual within the collective. Rituals include collective behavior that is utilized in religious worship, rites of passages, community development/witch doctor, and sacraments. As with Christian Sacraments, rituals involve a physical activity within the environment, which is observable. Sacraments signify God's grace in a way that is outwardly observable to the participant. That grace of God is defined differently in different cultures around the world. The grace of God, being the blessing by which we are in existence-becomes more interesting as we observe it from different cultural lenses. All of the variation have basic core elements. One being the need for humans to interact with the spiritual realm of the divine/universe. The way this is done in all cultures is through rituals, where by repetitive drums beats, creating waves of sound cause a hypnotic state of consciousness, by which the spiritual realm can be contacted. There is always some type of olfactory natural to the earth. Many indigenous cultures use sage, lavender, or cedar to create a olfactory pleasant offering to the energies of the universe. There is usually a verbal hum, that is accompanied by a physical dance/body movement, that corresponds to the drum beats. All of these practices provide a way for the human to interact with the spiritual realm.

Also included as rituals are prays, in psychology it is the used in a technical sense for a repetitive behavior systematically used by a person to neutralize or prevent anxiety; it is a symptom of  obsessive-compulsive disorder. There are praise rituals for the human living experience such as the Swahili 'matunda ya kwanza' - first fruit of the harvest. Which evolved into African Americans celebration of Kwanzaa.  Another harvest ritual is the Native Americans description of a "Strawberry Moon" which becomes a Farmer’s Almanac to agriculture.

The following is a ritual of the Kiowa Indians, and explains the metaphysical powers of various animals on the planet as they interact with humans and the environment. It details how the powers of these animals can be utilized by humans and like wise for them. This is another great way of detailing the dynamics of CHI as it is the order by which God has created the world. And all living things upon it can share the energy for growth.

Kiowa country is home to venomous rattlesnakes, water moccasins, copperheads, spiders, and scorpions. Snakes allegedly have power because they are without friends. Those possessing snake or spider power typically doctored snake, spider, and scorpion bites. Hunting Horse, Haumpy, Lone Bear and Mary Buffalo remembered that in earlier times three women and three men practiced Snake medicine, including Kiowa Charley’s father, Tonsatoma (Heating Tallow), who used the sucking method to remove venom and sometimes snake fangs from snake-bitten victims.

Bagyanoi told the story of how Heating Tallow once treated Red Otter, who had stepped on a rattlesnake skeleton while barefooted during a fast on Hunting Horse Hill, east Mt. Sheridan. Within a day, Red Otter could not walk due to paralysis in his legs, so he was taken to Heating Tallow, who recommended fasting in the Wichita Mountains because his condition was incurable.

Taken back into the mountains by horseback, Red Otter lay on a bed of sage for four days and nights, smoking and praying to the spirit world. Snakes appeared in a vision during the second night, informing him that the “sickness you have is very hard to cure, because the snake which harmed you was dead.” On the third day, an enormous thunder cloud passed through the area, pelting Red Otter with rain and hail and pipping at his bison robe. Weak and dehydrated by the fourth day, Red Otter was surrounded by snakes and lizards that scurried away when a large, two headed snake –like bird twenty times larger than any bird he had ever seen swooped down and grabbed his legs with its talons.

Red Otter felt something icy cold withdrawing from his legs and a voice saying –“now you’re already cured.” Horned toads and lizards are associated with certain powers that Jim Ahtone and Haumpy could not specify, though Sankadota claimed that in his youth he once sat under a tree when a “green lizard with black stripes” said to him  “You are a poor boy. I will take on you. “ This spirit represented by the lizard became his special proctector.

...and today I laugh with myself, and I did yesterday, not concern about the outside material worth of the living experience. More concerned and internally/externally focused on the Chiespirt---the worth of the "living thing..." God provided all of us in Genesis 2:7.  Thus I walk about in some old, torn, rugged, shoes: as with all things regarding "intention of others" I care less about where they came from. They served their purpose and they still serve their purpose, as to cover my feet from the "Danger of Nature Forces". Thus I were these old, rugged shoes as I have been homeless since 2010 (on and off- regardless of working, which only lead to a case with the Labor Commissioner regarding my employer. Regardless of continued status as an higher educational institution, the last one: ASU Phoenix, AZ 2013 (suspended by me, until I receive closure from Margaret Finn at S.W.B.S http://paulgoree.blogspot.com/2017/12/2017-time-is-slipping-away-margaret.html )  

Regardless of how silly, stupid, non-appropriate- I can not see myself continuing on in the Social Service Sociology field knowing that a case manager like Margaret Finn is out there and her clients (not me- I was a quasi client, through HUD) SSD/Behavioral clients are being lied to, as she lied to me. I think suspending my life career intent is WORTH it! At least, one person stood by their ground and principles of social empowerment! There will always be other lives, by which God hopefully will bless me again!!!

Well actually it wouldnt be so wonderful but at least you would know your death would be of the highest order for both side would have to keep you alive to prevent themselves and all their association from global GLOBAL exposure! oh what a tangle web our lead character has gotten into just by smoking a little DOPE on thr right side of the town but the wrong kind of HOPE. Luckily our character has some innate powers that are similar to superman and thus is able to outwit both camps by simply letting them play hot potatoe with his LIFE. So whoever get caught or have any assoications with him was involved. Yet he has no way out because both camps have become even moreinvolved to the point that they need him for their defense. things are tight our character cant receieve any funds all work is suspected all assoications are fake and scripted and most both conspired to keep ...cont   Message: Both camp intended to keep him high and then MURDER him with a accidental overdose. But they did not know of his superman capibilities that came about because of their first attempt which failed and empowered. they also both tried to lure him into sinful sexual play. They pretended to be hustling homosexuals and tried to entrap him in a discloser case by having paid work for hires tempt him into sex, then once arrested he would be MURDERED in prison by their order. what is our character to do. Well finally they attempted to explode the location he was at. Now they tried to use the law against him, they tried to use drugs against him, they used death gases and poison. And yet nothing work, still these over zealous camps decided to explode the location where he was at and it resulted in heavy insurance interests all over the global thru a crooked brokerage firm which caught the attention of a very serious terrorist group ..   The terrorist decide 'hey he`s cooked turkey anyway, why don`t we show him some spiritual respect by having them do their work as they blow him up they blow up themselves. `hey how could we have done it. CHIESPIRIT SPIRITUAL THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

CHIESPIRIT Spiritual Theoretical Framework

I am pulling all my thoughts together, whereby a "Spiritual Theoretical" framework of Chiespirit, can be established. The establishment is to manifest thought into reality.   Once again Chiespirit is the ability of one, to  "consciously go through life, with an acknowledgement of all living things as being created from one source. And to do this with spirit."  Napoleon Hill's great work provides insight into how one can transmute energy into another form, then transcend the limitations of our imagination.  Hill states there are two forms of imagination. (chapter 6, page 92)

1.) SYNTHETIC IMAGINATION: Through this faculty, one may arrange old concepts, ideas, or plans into new combinations. This faculty creates nothing. It merely works with the material of experience, education, and observation with which it is fed. (* through the 5 sensory receptors).

2.) CREATIVE IMAGINATION: Through the faculty of creative imagination, the finite mind of man has direct communication with Infinite Intelligence. It is the faculty through which "hunches" and "inspirations" are received. It is by this faculty that all basic, or new ideas are handed over to man.

It is through this faculty that thought vibrations from the minds of other are received. It is through this faculty that one individual may "tune in," or communicate with the subconscious minds of other men.

CHAPTER 11  The Mystery of Sex Transmutation::

The human mind responds to stimuli, through which it may be "keyed up" to high rates of vibration, known as enthusiasm, creative imagination, intense desires, etc. The stimuli to which the mind responds most freely are:-

1.) The desire for sex expression

2.) Love

3.) Desire for fame, power, or MONEY

4.) Music

5.) Friendship

6.) Master Mind Alliance

7.) Mutual suffering/persecution

8.) Auto-suggestion

9.) Fear

10.) Narcotics and alcohol (self destructive)

"GENIUS" IS DEVELOPED THROUGH THE SIXTH SENSE::

The reality of a "sixth sense" has been fairly well established. This sixth sense is "Creative Imagination." The faculty of creative imagination is one which the majority of people never use during an entire lifetime, and if used at all, it usually happens by mere accident. A relatively small number of people use, WITH DELIBERATION AND PURPOSE AFORETHOUGHT, the faculty of creative imagination. Those who use this faculty voluntarily, and with understanding of its function, are GENII.

The faculty of creative imagination is the direct link between the finite mind of man and the Infinite Intelligence. All so-called revelations, referred to in the realm of religion, and all discoveries of basic or new principles in the field of invention, take place through the faculty of creative imagination.

Case Manager's Violating Civil Liberties.

CASE MANAGERS VIOLATING CIVIL LIBERTIES.

How can Margret Finn and Johnny Juan Garcia validate their actions as reputable case managers, seeming they both have violated a client’s (a U.S. citizens) civil liberties.  This question is important; we can not have case managers violating the Federal Civil Liberties granted to us through the Bill of Rights and Constitutions.  These action cause more stress upon an individual and prevent an individual from pursuing life and happiness.

Margret Finn’s Violation: May 2013

I established a Cox Communication account September 2012. This account was exclusively for Wi-Fi use, so that I could have internet access for my studies at ASU.  Sometime in May 2013, Mrs. Finn’s and Mr. Garcia’s second client (my roommate) established an account at Cox Communication with, his account was for DSL telephone service, and television. He mistakenly did not get the required Wi-Fi service needed to run the DSL telephone.  One day he demanded that I allow him to use my Wi-Fi service. I was using the service for my studies. The signal could not carry both of us, and thus each time he logged on to the DSL service it kicked me off.

Mrs. Finn and Mr. Garcia were called to resolve. They arrived and Mrs. Finn instructed me that I had to share my Wi-Fi with their second client. How can these case managers instruct me, as to how I needed  to allocate my private property against my will? This is violating my 5th Amendment rights.

Within the 5th Amendment, it is stated..."to be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation..." Considering this clause, it is important that the following is understood, with regards to private property:

1.) The owner's exclusive authority to determine how private property is used.

2.) The owner's peaceful possession, control, and enjoyment of his/her legally purchased, deeded private property.

3.) The owner's ability to make contracts or decisions to use, sell, rent, or give away all or part of the legally purchased/deeded private property.

Johnny Juan Garcia’s Violation: June 2013

There was a visitor in my apartment. The visitor was waiting on Mr. Garcia to arrive so that he could retrieve his personal items. Mr. Garcia finally arrived, and provided me with eviction papers from the program. Then Mr. Garcia proceeded to yell at my guest and tell me that I could not have him in the apartment. Mr. Garcia then told us to hang on, as he went to call the police.  Mr. Garcia returned with the Phoenix Police and began to continue his rhetoric , until he was interrupted by the police officer, who informed him,” not to continue…seeming he would be violating my civil liberties.”  She then proceed to speak informing us all that only the property manger and the police can inform a tenant who has to be removed from the property. But by then it was after the fact, seeming Mr. Garcia had already done this.

Within the social services professional organizations exist to attend to the guidelines by which the profession and the employees and clients are helped. The code of conduct exist to prevent case managers such as Mrs. Finn and Mr. Garcia from violating a clients Civil Liberties and creating PTSD upon individuals and the society.  The Case Manager Society of America is one of these professional organization which serves as such.

CMSA works to help people understand that a case manager’s involvement is instrumental in providing quality health care to patients nationwide. One of CMSA’s goals is to educate people so that everyone in the U.S. understands what a case manager is and where to go to enlist their services. It is important to realize that case managers can be nurses, social workers, mental health professionals, occupational therapists, and professionals from a variety of settings, including government agencies, long-term care facilities, insurance and health maintenance organizations, nonprofits, rehabilitation facilities and other settings.

Case managers devote hours of time, expertise, and dedication to supporting individuals, family members and caregivers who seek their help and intervention. EASILY MISLEAD

First thing first, the images and story of this video is sincere and still part of my desires-should I strike it rich. But using sociopsychology. The entire video I made was just to learn how to obtain the impossible from thought. Reading Napoleon Hill, Basha and Wayne Dyer. It's amazing what thought can manifest in the real world consciousness. The power of thought can seem unbelievable at times. 

 

So the ideal is to think of the impossible (for me that would be to win $100,000,000.00 dollars from the Arizona lottery). Then imagine all the thing you would do with the impossible thought you had. (For me that is all depicted in the video, as I would finish school (BSW/MSW-JD), open a non-profit agency and begin helping the world be a better place. By providing resources and referrals; that combat Maslow's lower level of social survival needs (water, food, shelter, security and safety). Well pop the imagination bubble and realize the odds of the impossible thought you had, might not come true. But what can happen, is that all the things you imagined you would do, can happen-if you apply yourself. This is why day dreaming is benefits the conscious reality. 

 

Unbelievably I have to question the source of this song.  I got the song from a Madonna YouTube video (I went to watch Hung Up-and this played instead). I believe the laptop was phished on. So I downloaded a capturing device and captured this song.  Now no such song by a band titled Easily Mislead can be found, uhmmmm!!! Could this be proof that since I first arrived in Phoenix (9/2011), I was being tagged, phished on my laptop, and followed (for what who knows, who cares-why give credit to those wanting it. My latest Facebook post credited Young Jeezy with Trap In California. But for me I’m Trapped In Phoenix…”son now that I know that you’ve been trapped. You wanna perform now, but they hold ya back-to face consequences, on what you did on some bullshit!!!...) nevertheless, it proves several things to me today. Never let something mal or others remove from you the essences of your soul. Like I have stated, all the things visualized in this video can occur within my lifetime.

 

I also learned negative rhetoric is often given regarding capturing devices and copyright violations on the internet. However, I have always seen the internet as a means to document my interest. If someone phishes my laptop (they are the one's violating internet laws, in their attempt to mislead) capturing devices, etc. can help provide evidence later after the fact.
