Since recently a unwarranted person from my past, has brought discomfort to me, with death threats and 'One Line Story' (Novelist Chimanmanda Adichie July 2009) of meth use. Between 1994-1996 while attending the University of New Mexico, the Dean of Sociology, was also a professor of mine. The Deans focus was collective drug users sub-cultural development and how it affected the macro society. These affects were outside the usual crime related and societal ills (ex: Drive by shootings, theft, etc). The affects the Dean was detailing, were those factors by which a group of people empower themselves and thus no long attend to the "normed" societal values and laws. The case study involved events that took place in New Jersey regarding the death of teenager drug users who had sub-cultured themselves and utilized unethical and illogical means to deal with the side effects (mental and physical) drug usage and come down. They grouped themselves as depressed, got high off their drug of choice and then proceed to carbon monoxide poisoning from automobile exhaustion in enclosed garages.
The events of New Jersey suicide came about because of sociologist Donna Gains, who went on to write TEENAGE WASTELAND:SUBURBIA DEAD END KIDS. We used Mrs. Gains work as our text book for that quarter, along with the Deans work. Since then I have continued my interest in new innovative drug treatment and societal socializing factors: with additional (remember I still have my 1992 QCDC Drug Chart Challenge going on-which I let the Dean know about, but didn't not let him know I had not discontinued my Challenge) focuses now on SUB-CULTURAL BEHAVIOR OF SUBSTANCE USERS IN COLLECTIVE SOCIALIZING GROUPS. In 5 state (Alaska, California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico) I have focused on my own personal usage of meth which at times depending on the state (another study on its own) ranged from METH/Crystal/Crank and placebo streets "entrapment" crystal meth.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATION THUS FAR:
(Note: In Los Angeles County - Skid Row, a very great case manager at Weingart made me realize something during a consented to personal assessment: I have no drug related convictions in no state within the union, and yet I have been doing drugs from 1992- til present, attending universities and colleges through out the nation and worked at some of Americas top Corporation doing conversions. That may seem hard to believe! I know so-but the truth is what my research when my earned credentials (UNM-1996) are accompanied by a B.A.or B.S. at some point. Case in point Arizona State University 2012-2014 intent B.S.W./M.S.-JD. I know there is a lot about me, which might be hard to believe-TIME WILL REVEAL ALL.)
The Collective seems to have some type of observable sub-cultural categorizing that seems to reflect, various macro societal collectives. Thus Whereas a user category does exist primarily through association. Meth seems to be a very social drug and the social aspect seems to be sub-divisional, and thus forth. There also seems to be sub-cultural enforcement, sub-cultural behavioral modification specialist (ex. Arizona Community Bridges, hiring of prior users as navigators who have direct contact with clients. The state of Arizona requires case managers or any persons acting in that profession and all of its sub professions, to have an A.A. and to be supervised by a Master, Licensed, Professional organization (NASW-NACM). Thus while I was a client of Community Bridges for housing, I had a navigator who I felt was not qualified who violated my civil liberties continuously which lead to her being fired.
The Sub-cultural collective seems to have a dual mechanism purpose when utilized by some civic departments, thus violating their civil liberties (ex. the sale of placebo meth). When it comes to behavioral case management, it is possible that V2K type technology could be used to modification discontinued use of meth, which is added duress to clients already experiencing extreme and elevated sensory reception.
If these sub-cultural acts from professional seems odd in the land of Liberty (they should be, because they violate privacy and individual civil liberties. Yet in other nations where liberty is not granted: Meth use could be seen to have TAXIDERMY purposes with a micro-processor chip installed as the Synaptic System.
